Q: How can I track my delivery?

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: After payment confirmation, canceling order is possible during next 24h! If you decide to cancel your order, please write us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Anyway we strongly advice to check everything before confirm your order.
Q: Where is my order?
A: Please note that estimated international delivery last 1 - 2 weeks, depending where you live.
Q: What if my product arrived damaged?
A: In this situation please write us direct email on email@example.com , with your order number, photo and notes about the problem. We will do our best to solve problem with a replacement or refund.
Q: I have ordered different products but just some has arrived.
A: Please do not worry, if you ordered 2 or more different models, they might arrive in separate packages in different time. Our products are sometimes delivered directly from different warehouses. You will get everything soon.
